This probably might be one of the most relaxed weddings I’ve shot. From the hotel room of Kat, where Nicole, her sister in law’s IPod was playing an awesome playlist of relaxed songs from Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Gavin Degraw and the likes. Everyone was just lounging about. To the party at the Alabang Country Club where the guests are having a great time, enjoying the booze and dancing to the music. Stress and nervousness were words not mentioned, even thought of during that day.
Kat here happens to be a cousin of Amanda Tirol, THE Boracay Wedding Planner, from the Guidotti side and this is Amanda’s first wedding here in this side of the islands. And King is Gela Laurel-Stehmeier’s brother in law, which automatically makes her the their makeup artist for the wedding. Rajo Laurel of course did Kat’s gorgeous gown.
Kat has been telling me that she wouldn’t cry. I assumed she’s one of those brides who keeps on saying that but started bawling as soon as they start to walk down the aisle. She’s not that bride. Though she cried twice that day, while praying after the communion and while watching my onsite slideshow. It moved me that the photos gave her so much joy that she got emotional. Just really love my job!
